Tom Kane is the Owner and President of Kane Appraisal Services. Tom has been in the real estate appraisal business since 1981. Tom is primarily involved with commercial real estate appraisals.

Julie Kane is the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Kane Appraisal Services. She started processing appraisals with her husband Tom in 1992. Julie oversees all accounting within Kane Appraisal Services, as well as Fountain Park LLC and Kane Rentals. She is an active parishioner at the Church of the Resurrection in Dubuque, Iowa.

Tom joined Kane Appraisals in 2006 as a Certified General Appraiser. Tom has been involved with real estate for over 30 years. He primarily practices commercial appraisals in addition to focusing on litigation and court testimony appraisal work.
